Tilden Suite
Located at the top of San Francisco’s
Nob Hill, the Fairmont offers “old world style” elegance
in its lobby and public areas and panoramic views of the city especially
from its upper floors in the Fairmont Tower. The best views
can be seen from the Tilden Suite (2111), a comfortable and spacious
corner suite with wall to wall picture windows from which one can
look out upon a scene stretching from the Oakland Bay Bridge at
one end to the Golden Gate at the other, with Alcatraz Island in
the middle and downtown San Francisco in the foreground. This must
be the best “room
with a view” in the entire city (we have tried others but
none ever come close). |
