Room 1

Located in the village of East Hampton on its picturesque Main Street, an avenue shaded in the summer months by columns of Dutch elm trees that have lined it for as long as memory holds, is a small inn that has been serving visitors to this famous seaside resort town since 1770, the year the inn was built and from which it derives its name. Within walking distance to the village center as well as to its Main Beach, and across the street from East Hampton’s Guild Hall museum and summer theatre, the inn also boasts a popular restaurant that offers exellent dining in an attractive, homey atmosphere. it also has six attractive rooms for its clientele.

The room we recommend is Room 1, a large and comfortable room overlooking Main Street and the historic 18th and 19th century homes across the street.
