Home to America’s most celebrated
golf course, the Lodge at Pebble Beach is truly a golfer’s
paradise. But it is not for golfers only, as its location on California’s
magnificent Monterey Peninsula (near the fabled Big Sur drive on
Route 1 along the Pacific coastline) itself provides a reason to
visit. We recommend (if you can afford it) Suite 104 (pictured
here), which is a corner suite at the water’s edge with two
balconies off the living room and one off the bedroom, a cathedral
ceiling, wood burning fireplace and views of the 18th hole, the
beach and Point Lobos. Or you can stay in Studio 197 right on the
18th fairway, with it’s own outdoor Jacuzzi, patio and fireplace. |
