Bay Room
Only thirty miles
from London is this peaceful Elizabethan manor house with oak-paneled
sitting rooms and large open fireplaces. The setting, in park like
grounds bordered by a forest, is picture perfect and the lodge
features a William Robinson English garden. We enjoyed the Bay
Room, shown here, but we recommend even more highly the Ash Room,
a larger corner room with fine views of the garden from all its
bay windows, which was the former owner’s own master bedroom. |
