Room 11
Located in south central France midway
between Provence and the Dordogne, the Michel Bras family home
and hotel is celebrated in France for its gourmet dining. Built
in a modernist style, the hotel takes full advantage of its breathtakingly
beautiful setting and exists in total harmony with the landscape
that surrounds it. We stayed in Room 11, pictured above.
With the curtains open the huge, wrap around floor to ceiling windows
offered a 270 degree view of the countryside and gave us a feeling
that we were part of the landscape itself. And in the evening our
view of the slowly setting sun was never to be forgotten.
